random talk + recommended apps

hi it's been a while!

hopefully the first tutorial was of help.

right now i'm supposed to be studying for finals but i'm taking a break.
i haven't really started studying intensely but i should have way before because finals start on wednesday. i've made some progress on my study guide....
thankfully i only have 3 tests this year.

ok so...

FAKE LOVE BTS BBMAs omg it was so great

alsoo i was not prepared
everyone was hype
they won top social artist
all the selfies and screams i wish i could be there

I think I'm having symptoms for a sore throat so I'm trying to be careful and not talk.

Tips for this post!

topic for this post will be apps that i love and recommend

1. papago

a translator by NAVER, a famous Korean company that is also the popular search engine in Korea (it's the equivalent of Google) and will probably be more accurate than google translate for kor --> eng trans and vice versa

click the link to download on your phone!
google play
app store

2. musi

you can listen to music even if you don't stay in the app- but make sure to not clear the window! sometimes if you go to a different app like snapchat and try to record, the audio will cut off and may even go away. there are ads, but at least it's free!
this app is connected to youtube which means you can watch any youtube video on this app, or keep listening to the audio for videos like asmr (which is my personal preference)
unfortunately for now it is only available for iOS users but hopefully, they also make it available for android users!

app store

3. calm

this app i use primarily to meditate, to take time off when i'm stressed. but there are also features like
stories, beats, and more programs to help you relax/focus.

app store
google play

4. rabbit

this app, when you make an account, you can watch tv with your friends or others. you can open up your room to let anyone watch with you or you can make it private.
if you watch with friends, you can enable comments, audio (To talk with them as you watch), and video, which shows your face/and others if they want
when you take the remote, it leads to a browser where you can type the website you want and click whatever you want to watch. this seems like a better alternative if you're worried about sites that might not be safe for your phone or if you don't want ads. if you watch dramas or variety shows on this website called ondemandkorea on rabbit, you don't get ads, which is nice!

also i think ondemandkorea is only available for people living in north and south america.
you may want to try other sites if you'd like on rabbit or another device.

this app you can also go on the computer and use if you'd like if you don't want to use your phone. the website is rabb.it

app store
google play

Alright! So that's it for today. I hope I helped, and as always, feel free to ask questions or comment.

See you next time!
